E-Mail: The best way to contact us is through e-mail. So, we have two e-mail addresses to direct the flow before we actually get it:

1) evaandjim@aol.com is the e-mail address that we use for reservation requests. So if you would like to make a reservation or check availability please write us at evaandjim@aol.com.

2) haciendaeden@gmail.com is for general questions. Please please please do NOT send reservation requests to this address. We have created this account to answer questions about the area, about the hotel, other accomidations on the beach, about our different hotel policys, about weddings, groups and for guests that already have a reservation (unless you need to change your dates!).

We hope that it isn’t too confusing. We feel that having both these options helps us to comunicate with you faster.

Mail: If you would like to send us mail (letters) please do so! Send them to our Post Offfice box in Zihua. It is: Apartado Postal 128, Colonia Centro, Zihuatanejo, 40880.

If you would like to send us cookies please send them to the States, along with anything else important. Our adddress there is 41 Riverview Drive, Oak Ridge, Tenn 37830.
