Groups and/or Weddings

We would love to hoast your group, to have a function at Eden we require the whole hotel to be booked (14 rooms) for a 7 night minimum.

Any group then would have the “run” of the hotel for the week, have as many functions as they like and also invite children of any age.

To reserve the whole hotel for a week a 50% deposit (US$ 4,690 )should be paid by March 15th if the booking is made before the 15th of March or immediatelly after making the reservation if the booking is made after March 15th of the current year.

Cancelation Policy for whole hotel booking: There are no partial cancelations. There is a 15% (of the total) cancelation fee, (US$ 1,407). If you cancel your whole hotel booking 6 months in advance we will refund your entire deposit minus the cancelation fee. If you make the cancelation within 6 months of your reservation we will try to re-rent your rooms and return any remaining deposit.
