Reservations

Remember, Eden has only 14 rooms, popular times of year fill up quickly; as much as a year in advance for some periods. So make your reservations early.

Deposit information:
We will hold a room for 5 days without a deposit after that a 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For bookings of 3 days or less a 100% deposit is required.

The deposit is payable by check, sent to Our address in Tennessee (actually Eva’s Mom’s house) at 41 Riverview Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.

NOTE: Make sure the check is made out to Eva Robbins not Hacienda Eden

The Balance is due in Mexico, payable in Travelers checks, Dollars or Pesos, no credit cards for balance.

Cancelation policy: Your deposit, less 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund only for that portion of your reservation that we are able to successfully rebook.

Transfer of reservation policy: Or as we like to call it the “the non-transfer of reservation policy”. If you need to cancel your reservation and wish to offer your booking to friends or family please contact us before doing so as wait-listed guests will have priority. Thank you!
